Ese mismo día le escribí al manager en turno PM con la incomodidad y su respuesta fue que no trabajaba con las reservaciones. 「The Staff didn't really Speak English. No breakfast. Not a real hotel but time share. Calling the front desk before and after check in and out was hard.」
