"The hotel was clean and is in an excellent location close to the mid levels. We originally booked a standard room but it was so small it was more like a cupboard so we upgraded to a suite which was much better. The breakfast was nice and the staff were lovely. The shuttle bus to the bus station was a great help. "

"We had a family suite with two connecting rooms. The fridge was a bit small. The bathroom sink and shower was plugged and required us going to the front desk twice before someone would fix it for us. There weren’t many usb plugs for us to charge our devices which was a hassle. "

The management gave me high floor and an impressive sea view room that I didnt expect. Price I paid could get this treatment which urging me to use Expedia to book or make other types of travel plan.
