Second time at this hotel and the location is excellent. However, this time the room was very small, too small to be functional. For example I could not pull the chair out enough to sit at the desk and it was difficult to reopen or close the curtains without climbing on the bed. I was on my own but this is a double room, however two in that room would be very challenging.

The Figo is a great option in Hong Kong. Great location and helpful staff. The coffee machine and happy hours are much appreciated. The rooms are a little tired but they have everything you need. Housekeeping is done to a high standard.

This was my second time staying at The Figo and both times it has been fantastic. The staff are all very friendly and were considerate of the fact we were travelling in a group, so put us in rooms all on the same level. The free happy hour of an evening is a great perk and the common area offers a nice place to relax.

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, always prepared to help. They couldn’t be faulted. The air conditioning was very effective and the room spacious. The general lounge /social areas and outdoor terrace were particularly inviting with a variety of comfortable furniture and a large table at which to work or play some of the board games provided. The area became a welcoming social hub where numerous guests would sit and talk.
