Great location, pleasant room and decor. Everywhere walkable and only a few minutes from the bus and tram. Staff friendly and helpful. The only negative has to be the lack of air conditioning or any temperature control. There was a small desktop fan in the room and windows could be opened slightly. It wasn’t particularly warm outside but the room was sweltering hot. Other than that, we had a good stay.

Really convenient hotel with the Irish Nights entertainment on site. Great options for the supper too. Easy to walk to the pubs downtown ( 10-15 minute walk, straightforward). Great selection for breakfast. Downside was our room was on the side with no elevator, you had to carry your luggage up/down the stairs to your room.

Location itself was great. Staff were very nice. Getting to the room was like a maze down multiple corridors and stairs into the basement. We felt some signage was missing to make finding the room number easier. Kind of weird but then we got used to it. The room initially seemed fine but then we noticed crumbs on the floor from the previous guest. We also found very unfortunate gross stains on the headboard that we couldn't stop focusing on. Additionally, for some reason whenever we flushed the toilet there was a loud booming noise from the water pump. For 1 night stay it was fine for what it was, but the cleanliness we experienced should not be the norm. We would not stay here again but I'm sure it could improve.

Absolutely fabulous hotel with an amazing staff and top tier service. Clean and new amenities with a lift and air conditioning which is rare and greatly appreciated! The Irish Nights show was also amazing and would highly recommend. Restaurant had great food and a lot of options. Location is supreme just a few blocks away from the main bridge and all downtown shopping, pubs, and clubs. Cannot recommend enough and made our trip extra special!

Such a great little solo stay for the evening, its a short 15min stroll into Temple Bar area, you have shopping and plenty of pubs and bakeries on your doorstop. Really liked the location. The receptionist was sooo friendly, and welcoming. Would recommend staying at the Belvedere.

Great room and great location. Breakfast was delicious, but crowded by 8am. We had problems with room service website, but front desk assisted each time after having to go down stairs to lobby. We also had problems with the coffee maker in room and staff said they would replace machine after checking on it, but never did. We had a toilet issue and it took several asks and hours to have it fixed. Overall a pleasant experience.
