The room and facilities were satisfactory. A car is required for the area. The agent was an hour late for our check in. When we did get to the room, the cleaners were still there. As there is nowhere to wait, this was below expectations. It was difficult getting anyone to answer calls. I had let them know I was going to be there at 3pm a number of times.
