「I was really impressed by the size of the room, the size of the towels and the bed! What I didn't care for was the 2 remotes for the tv! I called the desk for assistance and the staff member rolled her eyes at my wife! Just because us ole people could not figure how to use them! 」

I do love that I didn't have to pay or give card info until I got there it was so easy to cash check in. Great and simplest booking and check in I've had!」

「Check in took way more time than it should have. Check in clerk was not familiar with payments made on Expedia. I rented 2 rooms. Both were in poor condition with dirty carpets. Our grandson was bitten in his bed 3 times overnight. Bed bugs????? Also the Expedia website indicated breakfast would be available, but were were informed that only coffee was served these days.
