The owner was extremely helpful. Room was clean. Area is quiet and safe. 5 minutes to I-40. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it without hesitation.

Room was clean and the motel is in a very quiet area. Water could have been hotter, but other than that it was a very nice experience. Air conditioning worked flawlessly. I would recommend staying at this motel with no hesitation.

It is an older motel, but it is so very clean. The air conditioner needs to be regulated so that when it cuts off, it doesn't get hot immediately. The grounds are well kept. The people who run it are friendly. Thank you for a great stay!

Then room was clean and the bed was wonderful. It had everything we needed. If I were to go back there, Id go there again!! The Dollar General was right across the street and it was very handy!!

Very convenient to Warner, the river, and area lakes. The room has an older smell, but it's extremely clean, and for the most part well-appointed. There are a few little things such as facial tissue that are missing. Nonetheless, it is an excellent location with very good customer service and outstanding quality for the price.

We stay here every few months when visiting our family in Gore. Rooms are newly renovated. Always a good stay as rooms are quiet, comfortable, and very clean. Front desk staff are friendly and helpful. Beds and linens are super comfortable. Water pressure in shower is the best compared to any other hotel we’ve stayed. Just superb!

This is a no frills yet clean place to stay in Gore. We felt comfy enough and safe. I’d recommend new comforters for the bed. Or just bring your own blankets. Good deal for the money!

Perfect and Inexpensive

It was just an overnight trip. Love this motel! Check-in was quick and friendly. Clerk made dining suggestions. Right next door is Gambinis Pizz. We chose to head up the street for BBQ, Rail Fence BBQ & Burgers, delicious! Room was very quiet, safe, and clean. No frills motel, we appreciated Suite 16. Couldn't beat the price and we were able to bring our pet. Great find!

Get what you pay for

It was location, halfway between Cookeville, TN and Santa Fe, NM. Clean bathroom, comfortable bed, not so well appointed room and lack of newer furniture. TV speaker was broken. It was a bed while driving 2 long legs out west. You get what you pay for also. The front desk agent was a nice man, but didn't understand English, very hard communicating and seemed uncaring.

Very cute hotel for the area. The outside might look deceiving in that the rooms might not be in good condition but I didn’t have any issues with the room. Not that the outside looks trashy. It’s just has an older look to it. The room was comfortable & clean and the person at the front desk was nice. He was kind enough to recommend the coffee shop across the street for good coffee and he wasn’t wrong.

Comfortable stay, will be back!

The owners were so friendly and the cleanliness of the hotel was superb. My boyfriend and I loved our stay!! We will be coming back, they allowed us to have an early check in. Just 8 mins from Lake Tenkiller and 5 mins from i-40
