「The Sloan in Philly was perfect for our visit to UPenn. The location was perfect. It was a couple blocks to the campus and metro station. The hotel had everything we needed and more. Plus the app made communication very easy with the chat feature. I loved the security to get into the building as well. 」

「The building and apartment were very nice. The location was convenient but not the most beautiful neighborhood. The walls were a bit thin in the apartments so you could hear everything but a sound machine helped! The pull out bed mattress was terrible, luckily it was just 2 of us and we could share the bed. 」

「This property was even nicer than the photographs suggested. We loved being in this loft area of Old City/Northern Liberties...Parking is understandably tricky so give yourself time to calmly look for street parking or find nearby parking lots. We loved it. We will be back!」

「Excellent place to stay with everything one needs for a long or a short stay. Super fast WiFi and a new smart TV were most welcome. The place was very clean and was most comfortable. We found some great eating spots just a five minutes walk (try Race St Cafe or Khyber Pass) and parking was just two blocks away and we felt at $30:00 a day a fair value. 」

「The building entry keypad did not work properly. A malfunctioning button left me standing on an unfamiliar Philadelphia street late in the evening. Called a responsive remote concierge who had to renew the code twice until there was no #4 in the code. She got me in. The key pad to the apartment worked with the new code. The apartment thermostat would not allow me to turn off the fan. The apartment was extremely cold. The window shade chains were difficult to operate some were broken or...

「Did not spend much time in the room. It was clean and neat. Union Transfer is a 2 minute walk so that was awesome. 」

「Worked well for my daughter and I in a pinch. Was very small and we stayed for 4 nights and only had 1 towel each. Other than that, checking in and out was easy, the keypad entry is nice. Parking down the street was always available and the location was close to a park and other necessities. Felt safe and it was quiet. 」
