「Apartment was very dirty. When we came in the bed has pubic hair or sometype of short black curly hair all over the sheets with stained pillows. One of the windows was broken and the both the bathroom and kitchen were obviously not clean beforehand. The owner was very nice but the online posting are not at all showing the actual conditions of the apartment and surronding areas. 」

「Booked a suite for a short family vacation. Everything looked fine at first, but then by late night, it became clear that our stay will be ruined. The hotel is located on a very busy street with a bus stop right under the windows. We were surprised to find out that there are big gaps running around the windows which allow for most of the outside noise to penetrate the suite. 「Great location! We loved the neighborhood, the street, access to all kinds of wonderful restaurants, stores and transportation. The building was definitely a 200 year old building (lots of stairs), as it should be in that neighborhood. More attention could be paid to some of the minor items (sinks, kitchen appliances, bedside lamps, etc.). Nothing that a serious walk thru wouldn't take care of.
