「Very nice stay, good neighborhood, easy access to property. Excellent staff very helpful. Miss Maha and Mr. Ahmed always ready to help and assist. 24/7 front desk . Transportation you should be familiar with transportation apps to use it or you have a car.furniture is good condition and clean. Cleaning services could be requested through front desk. I reserved the 2 bedroom suite and it’s spacious and comfortable good for 3 to 4 or small family. Excellent stay and would repeat it again anytime. 」

「We stayed at Golden Tulip as a family, they were welcoming and late check-in was not a problem. The room was clean and tidy but the beds were small for a family. Overall the stay was good, but the only down side is communication: 1st: The website stated that I don't have to pay until I am at the property and that I could cancel till the 30th of December, they called my number at night saying that I have to make a bank transfer in the morning otherwise my booking would be canceled, which is so...

「Muy apartada del centro」

「My first room was clean then the ac decided to leak all over my suitcase and my clothes in the middle of the night, I woke up after it had already flooded my room. My suit which I had dry cleaned the day before was completely ruined as were half my clothes. That was out of their hands but what wasn't was the "upgraded" room they put me in, the only difference was that it had a larger window and a balcony thats basically unusable. Now the problem with that was I could hear the DJ blasting...

「Breakfast was offered daily and cooked fresh. The stap was very friendly and helpful. They made sure my wife and i were well taken care of. I would absolutely stay again. The even drove us to the airport upon request. The view of the piromids from the lobby balcony is breathtaking. Its always open and so nice to just sit and see it. I was very happy. thank you!」

Purtroppo durante la nostra permanenza l'ascensore era fuori uso, si sono scusati ed hanno portato loro i bagagli, ma il disagio è rimasto. Riparato il giorno della nostra partenza.」

「The room was very clean and comfortable! The neighbourhood was safe and calm. Our airline had lost our luggage, and Euphran, the manager of the property, was incredibly helpful and so lovely! We do not speak arabic so he helped us communicate with everyone involved and successfully got us our luggage back :)」
