I liked how the CEO Mr Mohasin, the owner, Mr Jalal would be as available to the guests as Mai, Saieed, Alwi from the front desk. Did I mention Fahd. He serves the best food with an even better smile. Loved my stay and will come again. 」

Quelques points d’amélioration au niveau du house keeping : nous avons dû les appeler chaque jour car il manquait des choses dans la chambre (serviettes, papier toilette,…). Peut-être ajouter davantage de transats autour de la piscine pour éviter les déplacements de transats tout au long de la journée.」

「I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! It’s very clean, and the location is great—just a 15-minute walk to the Grand Egyptian Museum. There’s a restaurant, a small shop, and an ATM all in the same area, which was very convenient. The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Mohab. They arranged tours for us during our stay, and everything was done in a very professional way, with great quality and a reasonable price. 「Location was exceptional right near the pyramids with fabulous views. Room was a good size and was clean. Minor maintenance required (glue holding the bed head, touch up painting). Breakfast was a little strange with salad. Hotel has great potential and would stay again.」
