"The hotel itself is in a perfect location, making it very convenient for exploring Sofia. I read some reviews from people complaining about the lack of maid service, but the room actually has a control panel where you can request room cleaning, so that wasn’t an issue for me. They could have a maintenance crew doing some touch-up with hardware and paint. On the second day, I did notice an unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom, possibly due to an issue with the drain trap. I reported it, and the problem was resolved. Overall, I had a good experience and would definitely stay here again if I return to Sofia."

"If you’re into 1980s retro chic this is the hotel for you. Even the shampoo has eighties vibes. The gym is surprisingly well equipped for a hotel, but lack any air conditioning so get a sweat on. Please put your weights away unlike the guest before me. Sauna was out of action “until end September”"

"It's a nice, clean, well maintained budget apart hotel. Close to the train and bus stations. We arrived late, so self check-in was easy and smooth. Spacious room. Very comfortable beds."

"The hotel was fine. The room was small; quiet hotel overall. Air conditioner was working well, lighting was a bit too bright in the room. The bed was firm and comfortable and room had a big enough shower. Breakfast was included for us and had the basics, including fruits and vegetables. Service was great, very nice staff. The hotel is not in the immediate center, but still walkable distance. Room was clean, but first thing we noticed as we walked in were the scuff marks on the wall - needs a little paint."

"I had a late check in but managed a good night's sleep. Breakfast was sufficient and the place was quiet despite being very c.ose to the station, main road, etc. The air conditioning was a bit noisy."

"Amazing location and easy to find. Central pretty much to everything. The idea behind the concept is fab and all instructions were easy to follow. The decor is lovely, too. The only thing which is failing this beautiful hotel is the cleanliness. The shower area definitely can do with some TLCespecially the grout area (we didn't use the shower as it didn't look hygenic at all) and a dust"
