「Room and bathroom were clean and staff were friendly. The first night the indoor pool was not functioning and the outdoor pool was dirty. Second day the outdoor and indoor pool were both closed. The kids were disappointed. But I understand being their control and an alternate site was offered at another hotel. They did what they could to try and offer another solution.
