「This hotel service is very poor, I booked a river view room on Expedia, they gave me into the city view room. Then the room air conditioner is broken maintenance staff can not repair, the front desk clerk will not change the room 65 degrees Fahrenheit! Can only give you add blankets. Will not go to the hotel for the second time in my life. And downstairs vallet $40 per night!」

「The only thing I didn’t like was the parking. I didn’t want to pay $50 per night for Valet parking. We stayed 3 nights. Had to park across the street then had to move vehicle due to a concert which was event parking only. Everything else was fabulous. Except for the $30 Destination fee per night 」
