"the property was great!!!! and the staff was amazing!!! Albert was amazing from the time we checked in till the time we left, our son is autistic and loved Albert and he was great with him. He went above and beyond for all of us. Because of him we will be back for the Galaxy con 2026. "

"I believe every single person spoke with or met at this hotel was kind and courteous. I loved the room service, they went out of their way and made the room worth coming back to everyday. The reception desk was amazing and I felt cared about. Thank you for a lovely stay! Its an older property, but that makes it all the more beautiful too."

"Easy access "

"I have never stayed at this hyatt but given that is less than ablock from 49ers stadium it is always booked full during football season. This weekend the game was played out of town and there was only a small conference the hotel was relatively empty. Because of that i was upgraded to the highest floor 14th and had an outstanding view. The staff was exceptional and accommodating. The room was clean and comfortable it is a bit worn but shower was hot and bed was comfortable. The only issue was TV signal was weak and reception was spotting at times. I will be back again."
