「This place was not what we expected. Such an awesome little “Oasis” in the city. Courtyard was amazing. Felt more like an Airbnb than a hotel. We will definitely stay again when in the Ft. Lauderdale area. The only complaint would be no fan in the bathroom and fairly thin walls, but didn’t bother us. Parking can be somewhat tight if you have a larger vehicle. The rest of the property made up for any shortcomings. 」

「This place is in need of renovation. The floors were dirty. The bathroom was old and in need of paint. There was a water bubble on the bathroom wall that we were concerned would burst. We had to ask for towels and the desk service was marginal. I only gave it two stars because the sheets were clean and the pool was lovely and pristine.」

「The Riverside is in a wonderful location in Fort Lauderdale, on Las Olas. We went to 2 of the restaurants and in both cases, staff were amazing. Thiago and Leslie in Wild Sea seafood rest were welcoming and attentive. So friendly. And the food was amazing. Also, the Golden Lion pub was fun and friendly with Debra behind the bar taking good care of us. The river walk is behind the hotel and lovely to walk along. 「This hotel and the location was amazing. Customer service was excellent. We received complimentary drinks for happy hour. The complimentary breakfast was great. My grandson loved the room so much, he asked if we can come back after our cruise. If ever I’m in Fort Lauderdale again, my family and I will stay at this hotel. I forgot to take pics of the rooms, but the rooms and the bathroom was clean, beds and pillows very comfortable.」

「This is the most terrible experience. We wait for front desk staff for almost 2 hours to check in on christmas. We were very tired at that time and had to stay at front desk. It's a horrible disaster. I'll never come here again.」
