「We were in town for our daughter’s college graduation. We were able to check in early. That was great for my daughter to get ready for the graduation. The staff was so nice and helpful. The room was clean and looked new. We loved it. It was convenient t to the Blue Cross Arena, the venue for the graduation. I am handicap. There was ample parking for us. I would stay here again. I recommend it for the location, cleanliness and the wi derful staff. Thank you. Eugenia.」

「First off the lobby smelled amazing. The rooms were spacious, and there was on-site parking. Everyone we encountered was very friendly. There was a gentleman that worked the bar & café area in the evening; He was exceptionally nice and accommodating, one of the best parts of our visit.」

She said the reservation I booked on Expedia should not have gone through. She also said that they were only allowing 3 night stays because they were busy for college move-in day. 「We arrived late around 1 am in the night, just had to reach out to the reception at 6PM to generate the keys which let us in. Everything was seamless. During our 1 day stay we found receptionist & hotel staff to be courteous & friendly & accommodating to our custom request of late checkout at 11:45 am as well. Hotel is well located, walkable starbucks & chipotle nearby ticks the box of caffeine + food needs to get you on the road as well.」

「I made a reservation for a room via Expedia, but when I arrived a few hours later, the lobby had a whiteboard displayed saying all reservations had been cancelled. There were no employees there and a dozen people were waiting in the lobby. I don't know if this issue was due to the hotel not managing their reservations properly or an issue on Expedia's end.」
