「From the welcome when we」

「Loved my stay」

「Ok room, bathroom looks old and tired but works adequately. It’s an old building so don’t expect luxury but all was ok. Good breakfast and helpful staff.」

「No restaurant closed got a voucher for seamill hydro should be telling you this when you book hotel」

「Enjoyed having breakfast & being able to look out to the shoreline. Plus, easy access to the local area. Ray & Jackie are very welcoming hosts!」

「During the stay, fire alarm rings 5 times for no reasons. 2am+ 3am+ 5am+ 6am+ 9am+. And hotel don't care to tell what happen. We don't have good rest at all.」

「The good Great location. Main hotel gorgeous. Pool brilliant The bad Tired room heating didn’t work and quite dirty. Breakfast and dinners clearly pre cooked and left on hot plates.」

「They never cleaned my room once and I was there for 7 days....I had to go ask for toilet paper and towels........some staff were nice others rather curt....I found the food awful only ate there 3 times that was enough for me did not like the fact you had to go up to the bar order food pay for before I sat down...........Now I have left a necklace there by mistake I have phoned my cousin in the same town and asked her to check with them in room 108 we will see if it has been had back to the...

「Difficult to park here, also a great pity that the owners who take people hard warned money don’t want to meet & greet their guests. The basics in guest care missing here. 」

「Staff were all lovely and also excited to greet our toddler. Lodges were incredibly cozy, worth booking less so in the summer as heating options were available but no cooling options if it's a particularly hot season. Hot tub was great to relax in after day trips out or if with children and dropping them off at the soft play facility (look to book a time slot in advance). Pool and gym facilities were well kept and had good options. A specific bit of praise to Helenann from the cafe for...

「Room was clean but small. Mattress and pillows not that great.」

「Expedia does not tell you they don’t answer phone calls from foreign numbers & they have no front desk/ staff on site so only way to communicate is thru Expedia. I couldn’t get continental breakfast because Expedia blocks emails & they couldn’t send me payment link. No food or beverage available on site or within walking distance. Food delivery was lame, cash only & no utensils. Decent shower, bed & wifi」

「Nice hotel for a few nights, breakfast and dinner handy in the restaurant. The decor is starting to show its age, was told a make over is planned.」

「Minor cleaning issues but host was very quick to respond...Excellent View and Size was superb, Definitely will revisit...Dunoon was Magical....xo...」
