「I had a very good and peaceful stay experience in Lugano with a lake-view balcony suite. The huge room with a spectacular view was nicely set up, and the gymnasium facilities were perfect. However, the kitchen was not for cooking; only the kettle worked. In addition, the staff was kind and helpful.」

「We stayed in a junior suite. The whole layout of this suite is strange, just like an old residential bedroom adding with a toilet and living room but doesn’t match the overall style / design at all. The water supply of the basin tub is totally out of control (bathtub was ok) either crazy hot or freezing cold, one way or other!!! 「L’hôtel se trouve à quelques pas du magnifique Lac de Côme où il y a un traversier ⛴️ à toutes les hres si vous voulez faire un tour à Bellagio où Côme pour pas cher et vous pouvez aussi louer une moto à 1/2 km sur la route principale chez Agostini moto et à pied vous pouvez aller au musée Moto Guzzi gratuit 🆓 Ps j’avais la dernière chambre au grenier qui est tous rénovée , très bien, juste un bémol la dernière escalier pour se rendre à la chambre est très étroite pour des grosses valises ! 」
