「The check in staffer was fine, she let us get in to our room a little earlier which was great because we had been traveling for several hours. And when I asked for an extra set of towels (2 adults and 1 teen) she brought them fairly quickly. Room was ok you get what you pay for, furniture a lil old and a very small tv. 「Our first room was so hot abot 100 and the fan did not work. I called frontbdesk they said open the window. Then the fire arla m kept going off called front desk maintence came changed batteries. Then alarm continued. Then they changed our room . The next room had no heat called front desk they said to put fan on only blew cold air. Called front desk someone came up to check . Then gave us another room different floor finally 3rd room was ok. Should have been given money back or...
