「This is an incredibly nice hotel with lots of interesting artifacts on display, an excellent conference room, nice continental breakfast, and very comfortable and spacious rooms. There are no elevators but there are only 2 floors. This may influence your decision whether to stay here if stairs are a problem for you. The staff members are articulate, very friendly and helpful. 「Staff had great customer service. The previous shift was supposed to have are room on the first floor but their was some miscommunications so when we checked in it wasn’t available. They made this right and put us in a suite and gave us some snacks and drinks for the mix up. They did this on their own initiative. The room was spacious, clean and quiet. We had a great experience.」
