"Customer service was superb. Service crew will personally bring you to the hotel room. Wide range of food to choose from the buffet dinner. Green bean soup, mee sua, etc were also served between 130 to 430pm. Breakfast options could be improved."

"Air-conditioning was not able to heat up the room. Combination of low temperature outside and strong wind resulted in quite horrible stay in cold (13C in the room!!). The expected seaview was actually blocked by newly-build terrace of neighbouring building. Well not-recommended!"
