"The hotel is so big. The Garden with its waterfalls are really beautiful. We booked 2 rooms and both were upgraded to the Suite rooms. Love it. Will come back."

"Staff were polite. The location is convenient for accessing the railroad station to other parts of China. Close to the Hong Kong border crossing. Central to all other attractions around Shenzhen. Very comfortable & quiet oasis away from the hustle in the area. "

"our rooms are clean, spacious and bright. even the bathroom is huge! and i love the little walk-in wardrobe! never had one in a hotel before, what a pleasant surprise :) the housekeeping staff did a great job in keeping our rooms clean too. love our stay. will be back to Shangrila Futian if we visit SZ again."
