「Honestly have no word. The listing was really nice, but days before the checking was moved to another room. One the checkout day, although the checking process with the owner was good, i was given another different room from what I was told. Room felt like it was someone else else and yeah… i basically checked out same night」

「I booked one night with intention to add another two nights if I like property. I was attempting trade show and this location was only 2 min walk from the exhibition center. As I was landing in Ho Chi Minh after 36 hours traveling I got messages from management that they sold out rooms and I will be transferred to a different hotel that is 30 min drive from exhibition center. 「Very dissatisfied with the whole check-in process, we paid for the gym and pool usage and was not able to use and the owner wanted more money from us. The unit was dirty upon arrival, we had to remove the hair that was in the shower because it wouldn’t drain properly. The toilet was nasty and was not cleaned properly. I would not recommend that you to keep offering this location to anyone because it will give Hotel.com a bad name!! 」
