"The staff at Sherwood suites were absolutely spectacular, the breakfast had many options that all appeared to be fresh versus going to some hotels where it looks like the food‘s been sitting there for three days prior. Paragraph the room was exactly as shown in the pictures and what a plus to have a large washer and dryer inside of the hotel room. Absolutely intend on coming back to this location for an extended stay and Sherwood suites helped us to make Vietnam a destination that we will definitely be returning to. "This hotel is among the very best. We had a sumptuous time at the Lotte with special thank you to Ms Candy. Our room was spacious and immaculate, the service was impeccable, the pool was divine, the fitness centre very useful and every single staff member made us feel welcome. This is a luxurious stay and we highly recommend it. Thank you also to Ms Pinky and Ms Korean Butterfly. We enjoyed a fantastic burger at the hotel restaurant. We loved taking the executive package and having access to the executive lounge which is well worth it. We are already planning another stay at the Lotte!"

"I love the place and must stay again bc all staff was very nice and professional. I had breakfast buffet everyday so please allow some suggestions if I may. The pancakes bc they are so small they can be surely overcooked or hard not good to choke on them especially kids. Why not some simple beef, chicken and fish dishes that’s yummy for both locals and foreign visitors. I stayed 4 nights and from my 59th floor there is no direct access to restaurants above me, so I have to go down to 48th floor and go up again disturbing staff to code me up. And why so stingy with 2pcs white sugar, 2pcs brown sugar really why not 3 :/ Just small things. Will stay ofcourse again and have another go, why not :) Thanks VINPEARL Landmark18 staffs, very nice to stay."

"Staff was exceptional, the hotel is great. I would say because it is district 1 it was noisy but after 10pm The karaoke stopped and you could get some sleep. Other than that, it was great. The English of the staff was fluent too as an added bonus"

"California Saigon Hotel & Rooftop Pool exceeded our expectations. The staff were professional & so friendly. Our rooms were cleaned every day & our free breakfast was excellent. The staff were so accommodating, especially Kai with his omelette fair being made on the spot & to order. Huy, our smiling concierge, was exceptionally good fun. The hotel was booked online & were more than happy with the hotel services. It was so close to everything. Thanks team!"
