「The rooms were great. The hotel was great. The staff at the hotel were great. The shuttle bus in the morning however had a rather surly driver who refused to drop anyone at Terminal 2, insisting he could only stop at bus stop 16, which is past terminal 1. This necessitated a 10min walk with bags. While I was okay with this and had luckily factored in the extra time, others struggled and were confused as to why hotel staff had instructed us to tell the driver to stop at terminal 2, to then only...
