「The apartment was nice enough, but we were somewhat turned off by the lack of maintenance and housekeeping. The king bed was made up with a full size fitted bottom sheet which obviously didn't fit the mattress. We found a spare flat sheet that we used to replace the non-fitting sheet. The hosts never offered to fix it for us. There were also a number of maintenance items that really need to be addressed: Oven clock just blinked 24/7 with no numbers and had no knob (missing) to set the clock....

「 Super-clean, quiet location. Charming house on a ranch. The beds were a little small, and there is no tv, but it was great to rest and recharge and relax. The host left fresh eggs in the refrigerator for us. House is remodeled and was a comfortable place to stay after a day of exploring the area. 」

「The place was very clean and had plenty of soap and dishwasher pods to keep the place nice during our stay. It was my husband and 2 kids, cooked most of our meals in the well supplied kitchen including breakfast which had a nice coffee maker and toaster. The gondola was perfect, after driving over 12 hours to get to Telluride we didn’t need our car for the next 2 days. Explored multiple hikes and the town of Telluride- completed the Bridal Veil Falls- amazing.」

「The view was beautiful, and overall our stay was good, but the property could use some updates. The biggest issue was the hot water. After two showers, there was no hot water left, so the rest of us had to take cold showers, which was very disappointing. Also, be aware that laundry is not included—you have to pay separately to use the laundry facilities. With a few improvements, especially to the water heater, this place would provide a much better experience.」

「The property was perfect! Only regret was not booking a longer stay. Very comfortable accommodations at a reasonable price. We booked the property to explore Mesa Verde.I short 25 min drive and we had endless opportunities to take in the beauty the area provides. Check in was quick easy and the property was clean and had everything we needed. Loved eating outside under the patio cover. We will be back! Dolores has some great shops so don't forget to check thm out!」

「The house served our purpose well. They beds were comfortable and the bathrooms and kitchen were clean. The back porch and grounds could use a little TLC but that didn’t stop us from enjoying ourselves. It was very close to all the attractions near Cortez.」
