「The reception at night didn’t give a clear instruction on how we park our car when we already arrived very late. He can’t speak English very well so we can’t communicate smoothly. Also, the reception at daytime was not keen in answering our questions, which was not we expect for a “four-star” hotel.」

Book a massage for the morning, tour about during the day and come back for a sauna, steam, and the hydropool in the evening - for one price. The Vasa museum and a 75 minute boat tour are musts. Superior room w harbor view was worthwhile too. 」

「Lovely boutique hotel in an excellent area/location of the old city. Hotel, including room, was exceptionally clean and had well appointed decor. Staff was super friendly and made me feel very welcome. Highly recommend. 」
