「Very nice stay.」

「Very clean, comfortable room. The pool, hot tub and exercise room were clean and well maintained. Complimentary breakfast buffet with a variety of hot and cold foods was amazing! At check in was prompt friendly service with all facility information. Very impressed with all staff encountered! We will definitely reserve a room. at the Hampton Inn & Suites by Hilton Red Deer again! 」

「The front staff (William) was absolutely amazing! We had an issue with the AC in one of our rooms and he was professional and so helpful! The rooms were very clean, the hot-tub did have some peeling, and there are no USB ports in the room (bring an adapter).」

「My room had a weird scent then I saw a hole under the sink, which I believe that goes to the sewers. Other than that, the room served its purpose.」

「Room was clean, towels fresh and white, and the lake view was amazing. Staff was polite and explained payment issues clearly. However, multiple charges after checkout were stressful, and I’m still waiting for 2 refunds 5 days later. I was charged almost $1200 instead of $167 + $167 for 2 rooms. 」

「The hotel was good it’s a bit outdated but still has lots of charm. And it was nice to be able to go to the casino which was very good and clean.」

「The hotel and rooms were clean. The bed was comfortable. Loved the swimming pool and hot tub. The swimming pool room was really nice and warm . had a tropical feel to it and the shower for the pool had nice hot water so you were comfortable showering before entering the pool. The breakfast was the only disappointment. The only hot food was waffles, no eggs or bacon/sausage. Maybe it was offseason... Don't know. Other than the breakfast our stay was great.」

「Lots of parking, breakfast was great for a free one, staff is very friendly, rooms are very clean. Con: if you get a room by an exit expect to smell cigarette smoke since they smoke right out side the door, including the staff. No pool or fitness room. Not a place if you have kids.」
