「We were travelling to Vancouver and had a long day ahead of us. Up at 4 in the morning and NO hot water for showers. Called the front desk and no answer. Went to check out had to wait for the staff to come in from outside. Gave us a card to call the manager about the cold showers, left him a message and has never returned our call. A very noisy hotel if you just want a good night sleep before travelling.」

「Check in was not great, had to swipe my cc 3-4 times as their terminals were not working great. Finally the terminal was rebooted and “my card” worked. When asking for another room not next to elevators, was told they did not have any more but I saw a number of guests book in after. This may have been an Expedia problem as they had room as accessible. Opened up drapes to big windows with a view of a wall 6 feet in front of it, the facade over the drive up entrance.
