This property was easy to locate, clean and met all our needs. The staff were very helpful and pleasant to deal with, and the breakfast had a good variety. The bathroom fan was VERY noisy, and the parking was very tight, but easy to work around.(Big pickups will have issues.)

This was not a comfortable place to stay. It felt old and uncared for, and they only had a thin wool blanket on the bed, and three small pillows (1/2 size) for 2 people. Staff were friendly and customer service was good.

I travel lots for work and this was by far the worse hotel I stayed in Western Canada. Worse part was the indifferent staff. We booked this hotel cause it was close to Henderson Park and Pet Friendly. Rudely advised that our Dog was not allowed in the Lobby when we checked in. Was charged a Tourism Levy on the Pet Fee. Breakfast was marginal at best. 1st day no Coffee @ 7:30am Staff uninterested in refilling any items. Bread was stale and unappetizing. Orange Juice was watery. Needless to say leaves lots to desire. Room cleanliness was lacking as Bathroom and floor very dirty. Service road in front of Hotel had several large trucks that all left around 7:00am There are better Hotels in Lethbridge, so avoid this one
