「Staff was amazing, very helpful and nice. Building is very nostalgic, history in this hotel. Beautiful inside and out. I have a problem with the cleanliness of the room, the room was described you have a balcony (there was no balcony), also there was no lock on the door leading on the ledge (I had to prop a chair on the door for the lock), outlets did not work either, and the floor was not clean.」

「Upon entering, everything was nice and in order. After looking around, we discovered that there was hair in the bathroom and the shower, the floor was dusty, and the linen was not cleaned. There were stains on the down comforter that was provided. The loft was straightened up, not cleaned. It is a service fee which includes cleaning so it is not the customer’s job to clean up before enjoying the place or before leaving. The WiFi was not the best. It kept cutting out on both TV’s. 「Our group of three booked a two beds room at the hotel, but the hotel gave us a room with a king bed. At check-in, the front desk staff did not inform us of the error, so we had to go back downstairs with our luggage to find out why. The front desk staff told us that there were no twin rooms available (we had already paid in full when we made the reservation and don't understand why a room wasn't reserved). 「Limited parking at the property, with high end cars taking handicapped spaces. No cooking utensils for full kitchen, no sheets or blankets for the pull out couch. Suites are by no means soundproof (can hear guests in adjacent suites using washroom) and the cleaning staff is extremely loud. Limited breakfast, and the breakfast manager was more interested in phone than keeping dining area clean.」
