Pool area was ok my daughter had fun on The slide . We were on the 8 th floor our ice machine didn’t work so I went to 11 that one was broken as well then I went to 5 and was finally able to get some ice. There were male cleaning staff who were slamming doors everytime they went in to a room . I asked for a late check out they asked me how long I needed I asked for an hour and rudely said the would give me 30 minutes. Hotel wasn’t busy at all. Also the Starbucks only being open from 6-10 am was disappointing . Don’t know if I’d come back "

"We were put in a room that the air did not work. You could barely open the windows. The carpet was ripped. I just found the room very tinned down for the mon"

"Unfortunately, the AC unit in our room stopped just after midnight and it wouldn’t go back on after I tried a few buttons. Without the white noise of the fan, we could now hear planes overhead. So not the greatest experience for us. However the hotel is fine and the beds were good. A little on the soft side, fyi. "
