「Oh boy...I greatly dislike writing negative reviews. While Chemainus is adorable, the location is fantastic and the exterior is a dream...this aint it. Mouldy drapes, a number of amenities were broken (electric fireplace, mouldy fridge), no wifi, questionably clean bedsheets. And (I have photos as proof) a white substance residue left on the counter next to the bed. I will say that the indoor jet tub was amazing! I swear I heard a cough below us at one point and noticed a little door that looked...

「This property has serious problems with mold, which it covers up with febreeze and incense. Particularly bad for people with lung issues. There is a heating problem which was finally resolved after several calls with a cube heater. Needless to say, you could not open a window to freshen the air. My clothes stank of febreeze after my visit. Far too pricey for value received. Avoid this one」
