RedAwning stay 112 marina place
Our stay at 112 marina place was awful. The affiliating booking company was REDAWNING and they are the worst company I have ever experienced for customer service. It began with them not sending us our check in info so we sat in the parking lot for 30 minutes waiting to check in. Then our king bed had no fitted sheet. The listing was advertised as having a pool and hot tub....these were empty and not functional. The listing was under construction and this was not disclosed on the rental. Had we known this we would NOT HAVE BOOKED. The common areas were filled with ginormous foam pieces. To make a bad stay worse the fridge broke and ruined $140 worth of groceries. We booked a condo to save on food costs and ended up having to eat out all meals and lost the $$ in groceries we had spent. RedAwning hasn’t responded to any phone calls or emails. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM. Attempted to upload photos of broken pool and foam filled common areas several times and although my internet is full speed it says the connection is weak.
