「The room provided to us came with an air conditioner failed to supply cool air by that day Beaune temperature was around 26-28 degree C. The lady in-charged front desk said hotel air conditioner will only supply cool air the next Monday, but we will check-out on Sunday after two nights stay. I questioned her how a hotel had such facilities failure without backup plan. She said sorry to me but the hotel had nothing to do to the guest like me even no electric fan provided. 「Beautiful old hotel not far from the main square. No restaurant so we walked a bit to find a few good places. Go on a weekend for free street parking. Room was very cool, but on the second floor—watch out if you have heavy bags. Very quiet. I don’t recommend their little buffet breakfast for an additional 15€; it was bad drip coffee and puce of cheese and sliced baguette—totally not worth it.」

「A chance encounter to break up a long journey back from Meribel to the UK. We were very pleased with every aspect of the stay. The place is beautifully decorated and ultra clean. We had some home cooked Chinese food which went down well with all the family, even accommodating gluten allergy. Next time we are passing we would definitely stay again.」
