Sanırım Sigara içmeyen veya sigara kokusundan şikayet eden müşteri sayısı daha az olduğu için Otel işletmecileri de müşteri kaybı olmaması açısından sigaradan şikayetçi misafirleri idare etmeye çalışıyor. Sapran Otelde de aynısını yaşadım. Ama hemen odayı değiştirip yardımcı oldular. Güler yüzleri ve yardımcı olan personeli ile gerçekten teşekkür ederim. 」

The location is not bad, about 15minutes walk to the castle and less than 5 mins to the main street where you can find lot of shops and food. The manager Suat is a friendly and funny man, although he can’t speak English. Google translate would solve the communication problem. 」
