Excellent stay

The room was clean and spacious. The staff were kind, attentive, and helpful. The breakfast buffet was satisfactory. The hotel is centrally located, making it easy to walk to many attractions. I highly recommend this hotel.

Excellent location in Kars

Central location with walking distance to all city sightseeing points. Rooms are comfortable and clean. Very friendly and kind staff.

Well located and comfortable hotel

This is a well located & comfortable hotel in a lovely historic ‘Baltic’ building. The rooms were very clean and the twin room (we eventually stayed in)was bright and airy & quiet. The service levels in the hotel are best described as ‘indifferent’. The room safe was locks shut but no one seemed to know how to fix it, the breakfast selection was not constantly replenished (constantly had to request replenishment of items). When we first checked in we were allocated an small dark attic room whose ceilings were too low and not practical for someone over six foot. Eventually we were offered the bright twin room on the first floor (shown on this website as the ‘superior’ twin we thought we were booking. We were told on check in that breakfast was included but in checking out we were charged £5 a day for breakfast (which was not value for money and we would not have taken had we known it was extra to our room rate).

Temizlik sorunu

Çalışanların güleryüzlü olması ve iletişimi çok iyiydi, bina da çok güzel tarihi bir yapı. Otopark kesinlikle artı bir özellik. Fakat odanın yerleri lekeli ve pisti, tek gece konaklayıp çıkarken bunu geribildirim olarak belirttik. Kusura bakmayın, müdürümüze iletiriz dendi. Telafi için bir yaklaşımları olmadı.
