Couldn't have asked for a better hotel close to the Grand Bazaar, shopping and transport. The staff are wonderful and welcoming and the rooftop breakfast is really special, with a great view and fantastic food. I really appreciated their commitment to sustainability with refillable water and recycling. Would definitely come back!

The renovation has been done with excellent taste, beautiful dark wood nicely oiled/stained, beautiful choice of red and green tones on the furnishings, i.e. carpets, beds and curtains. Impeccable service. Great english and very accommodating. Highly recommend.

Beautifully Restored Hotel

2 night stay in room 201 in May. Hotel is a restored old building. Restorations were beautifully done. Service was excellent. Breakfast was excellent. Room was very nice. Bathroom was spotless. Great location backing onto a river and near the castle. Easy walk to restaurants and shopping. Only negatives are very slight sewer smell in bathroom and I didn’t see air conditioning but when I was there a/c wasn’t needed. Highly recommended

Şehir merkezinde yürüme mesafesinde gitmek istediğiniz her yere yakın. Tarihi bir konakta modern mimari ile harmanlanmış güzel bir konsept oluşturmuşlar. İşletme yönetimi ve çalışanların her an misafirleine keyifli bir tatil sunmak için elinden geleni yapmaya çalışmaları, sıcak ve samimi davranışları sizlere özel olduğunuzu hissettiriyor. Hotel temiz ve hijyenik. Hemen önünde arabanızı park edebileceğiniz bir alan mevcut. Ön bahçesinde kahvenizi yudumlarken önünüzde duran eski taş evlerle dolu caddeye bakarken keyif alacağınız bir yer. Herkese tavsiye edebileceğim ve bu güne kadar ki aidiet duygusunu en çok hissettiğim tessi oldu. Emeği geçen herkese çok teşekkür ederim.

Gerçekten mükemmel bi yerdi. Kars’ın merkezinde bir yer. Eski bir konak sonradan otel yapılmış. O kadar yardımsever insanlar çalışıyor ki. Sabah erken yola çıkmamız gerekiyor diye bize erken kahvaltı hazırladılar. Yardımcı oldular. Sürekli güler yüz. O kadar rahat bir uyku çektim ki. Derenin sesi, kuş sesi… bir daha kars’a yolum düşer mi bilmiyorum ama düşerse asla başka yerde kalmam. Odalar tertemiz, eşyalar yeni, sıcacık oda. 10/10 tavsiye ediyorum. Bize pişi hazırlayan ablaya, resepsiyondaki beyefendiye ayrıca teşekkür ediyorum ☺️
