"NO POOL OR HOT TUB (out of order). Went to check in and there’s a sign saying their pool is broken. Another sign that said front desk stepped away for a few minutes. Well, 20 minutes later she shows up. Decided not to stay there due to traveling with 4 kids and needed a pool. Still fighting with Expedia for a refund since they advertise this hotel has a working pool……..pool has been inoperable since October 2025. Expedia needs to update their info. Obviously wouldn’t have picked this place if it said the pool was out of order. "

"The staff was very nice and helpful, the breakfast in the morning was also pretty good. Our problem was it seems the property was rushed being built. It was upsetting I wasn’t alerted that the pool was closed until AFTER I booked the rooms. Our biggest issue is the deadbolt wouldn’t latch correctly and we saw this with several other hotel doors. Making sure people can feel safe in their room and be able to close the door should be a major concern for whoever built the property. Staff, breakfast and look of the hotel was great. Building seemed rushed and not a lot done about it. "
