「Beautiful escape in the mountains with lovely views and warm welcome. We had a great stay here enjoyed the quiet start to our holiday. Don't use google map to get to the property. Best to get google maps to bring you to Krousonas town center and then put in the property address. Google maps in Crete will have you go down goat paths and should not be trusted. The property is beautiful and isolated, so you need a car to get around here. Our host was lovely and accommodating. We arrived at dark...

「Es war alles perfekt, dankeschön!!」

「Reservations staff worst we ever have encountered traveling」

「Alle sehr zuvorkommend!」

「Nice hotel and a good location in town and short drive to many wineries (5 minute walk to restaurants). Quiet. Outdoor private hot tub is not heated (so was not really useable in October).」

「The atmosphere was wonderful and relaxing. The apartment was great and clean. Only thing was the a/c had an odor when we turned it on. However we didn’t need it much because our unit stayed cool.」

「9 days B&B Breakfast good with lots of choice. Paid for evening meal once but not worth it so wouldn’t suggest all inclusive. Good beach with lots of free beds & umbrella’s. Pool beds always reserved early so never got to use it but beach good anyway. Beach bungalow could do with updating but was cleaned daily and fresh bedding. Complimentary drinks in room, fridge, storage. Resort clean and tidy. Would recommend.」

「Stayed here for 7 nights. Did not have breakfast so could not comment. Room was cleaned every day but, for some reason the cleaner never made the bed. Instead he folded the top sheet and blankets neatly at the bottom of the bed each day. Very close to bith the beach and town centre but no noise from outside to disturb your sleep.」

「The lady in charge couldn’t do enough for us and she put on a decent enough breakfast each morning. Her qualities stemmed from her good nature and willingness to assist us in every way. Her lack of English language skills meant she lacked the werewithall to help on other issues such as a lack of certain bathroom equipment such as a plug for the sink. Such small inconveniences didn’t bother us but it may do others. The lady’s son attended regularly and he could speak English more than adequately....

「Great place for an experience of a local village stay . Great friendly staff . Only about 20 minutes from the centre of Hereklion. Clean and well maintained」

「Agapi Beach Resort was wonderful for the entire duration of my stay. The staff was accommodating and friendly. Food was fantastic and fresh at every meal and restaurant. The beach is clean and there were always enough chairs for everyone. Property was clean and updated. Events were fun and inclusive, but certain events can not be reserved in the app. Staff members can get you signed up, so speak to one of them if you would like to attend a posted event. The hotel offers shuttle service to and...

「Great place to stay, friendly staff and management. Unfortunately had an issue with my ferry and missed a night of my stay but management was very helpful in trying to accommodate me. My only issue is that then hot water sometimes ran out in the shower and tap but the staff told me they were currently working on this issue which is reassuring. Great central location right near the centre of Heraklion」
