「It’s a scam! I booked the “Classic Double or Twin Room, Partial Sea View” and it costed much more than the normal standard room which doesn’t indicate the SEA VIEW on the title. Guess what I got? A room with ZERO Sea View! I can only saw a huge building standing Outside my window. I took the photos for the record and told the receptionists, they just listened and say nothing. 「great location. rooms are updated and clean. staff are amazing and super helpful. The only downside we had was that we had a room with a view (which was great) but that meant the room was facing the main street and there was street noise throughout the night 」

「Shamir at the front office was outstanding. The breakfast was great. The room was clean but small although we booked a comfort room. The shower was terrible no pressure and very small. Only the mattress in the room which was comfortable but no chair, night table or closet. There were steps in the room which was a hazard. Bed sheets were clean.」
