「First, when I arrived and checked in got to the room to realize it wasn’t the room type I booked, def was a downgrade. So went to the front desk and the manager was on duty, she was helpful but did complain about the employee who apparently made the mistake implying this wasn’t the first or second time. I was swapped into what was available; it was something closer to what I had booked but still not what I had booked, the outside area in the rear was in disrepair and just overall poor condition...

「The air conditioner worked fine. The room appeared clean to the eye but upon a closer level it was not! Toothpaste on the mirror and faucet, corners of the room and bathroom dirty. The shower did not drain and backed up around your feet. There was a nasty rubber mat that we didn’t even want to touch hanging in the shower. So upon discovering this one one of us was able to take a shower. We wouldn’t get the tv to work. The parking lot did not feel safe. The outside is run down and dirty. We...

「Black/rusty water flowed briefly into the tub upon opening, hot water faucet leaked into the tub and sink did not drain but very slowly. Hover, the room was spacious and quiet. The A/C was very effective and the bed and pillows very comfortable 」

「Cannot understand the exceptional reviews. I was grateful they were willing to change my room, but not grateful I had to ask. The bedding was warn out in the first and the hair in it off putting. The place was reasonably clean otherwise but decor jade. I wouldn’t recomend it. It’s expensive for what’s on offer despite being the cheapest in town. 」
