If you feel the need to rest as you are making your up I-45, there is a good and comfy bed to lie down in here, super friendly staff!

Do not stay here. This place looks normal and the entry way/reception area looks nice and presentable. We had 3 rooms for an overnight stay. The rooms were outdated and that would have been fine if they were clean and repaired. The walls had holes, were dirty and stained. I had a suite rm # 235 that had a sofa, a chair and an ottoman that was soiled so bad that the stains were visible from across the room. The room had two queen beds that were comfortable and the bedding appeared to be clean. There was a bench at the foot of each bed that had visible staining to the fabric. The shower felt good but the bathroom displayed missing plaster from the bathroom walls. The tub was very slippery and the toilet water pressure was not up to par. Lighting was not good and a lot of things in the room showed visible signs of extreme rust on the lamps bases and the closest door area. However there was a microwave and mini refrigerator that worked great. The night staff guy who checked us in was great and the morning shift lady that check us out was awesome. This place is rundown and it needs to do some renovations immediately.

The staff was excellent, Michelle at the front desk was very helpful thru out our stay. She went over and above! Debbie at the dining area was very helpful and was exceptionally nice. Over all great trip, the only thing I didn't like was the mattress on the bed, it was very soft.

The driveway up to the property was very steep and dark with no guardrails to keep cars from launching right off the side. It felt unsafe. Otherwise the stay was perfect. The staff was kind and helpful, the room was well-appointed, and breakfast had something for everyone.

Front desk representative could have been friendlier, maybe a bad day for her though. Housekeeping was friendly and did a great job. Bathroom tub leaked and caused the floor in the bathroom to stay wet and slick, it really should be repaired before someone gets injured from a fall

Disappointing

The Hampton Inn is usually pretty nice, right? Especially for almost 200$ a night. Very disappointing. When we checked in, we had been on the road until 1:00am. We asked for sheets for the fold out couch, to which we were told everything was in the room. We went to the room and while the room was a decent size, the condition of it was not. There were stains on the walls, the tables leg was broken. My child leaned against it and the whole thing fell. The bathroom was dirty with a towel still hanging on the bathroom door, stiff as a board. Ew. Then the dirty sheets were still on the pull out from the guests prior. To top it off, the bed was awful. You could feel the springs and one side sloped down towards the other. This was room 301, for anyone in the future. Breakfast was decent. Waffles, eggs, sausage, cereal, oatmeal…..

Quick access from the interstate and local highways, a little hard to find the access entrance (shared with Sonic drive-thru,) but there was plenty of available parking and its situated far enough above the highway & interstate so it's not too loud or dirty. Restaurants,convenience, and fast food options are within walking distance. Staff was knowledgeable and friendly enough, the included breakfast is better than average. Fitness & business rooms are in good shape but could use a little more TLC from the cleaning staff (the fitness room's remote was sitting in a puddle of something,) the pool itself looks clean enough but all the pool room/pool bathroom furniture and fixtures including water fountain discourage use due to rust build-up and subsequent damage. My (king) room was very generously sized with lots of seating options, the bed comfortable with well placed power options, the bathroom was well-maintained and appointed, the air-conditioning worked beautifully. The fridge was unplugged for some reason. I had specified hypo-allergenic bedding at booking but was given all down pillows and had to make more calls to replace (some not all of) them than I would have preferred but it did get sorted eventually. Overall a comfortable stay with sufficient amenities for the cost, the to-go snack bags are a really nice touch for this interstate-located location. I would stay there again.
