「You need to ask otherwise they will not clean up your room during your stay. The water pressure is so low and difficult to take shower. Staffs not very helpful.」

「Wir können das Hotel uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und das Personal sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Das Hotel ist gut gelegen. Man erreicht die S-Bahnstation in wenigen Gehminuten und ist schnell in der Frankfurter Innenstadt. Wir hatten wirklich einen schönen und angenehmen Aufenthalt.」

「Room is clean and big. Less than 10 mins walk to town centre. Not many choices in breakfast. Not 24 hours reception. For staying consecutive nights, you will have to ask if you need room cleaning.」

「The location is excellent and considering the reasonable price — especially with breakfast included — it’s quite a rare find. However, the affordable rate does come with some compromises. The facilities are rather dated and not very well equipped. The front desk is only staffed from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m., and rooms use traditional keys. There is no fridge or safe in the room. Please also note that there’s a radiator but no air conditioner. Housekeeping was unfortunately the weakest part of my stay....
