Lovely hotel

This hotel is very nice. Possibly the best room i have stayed in that was not a 5*. Leonardo hotels are doing a great job taking over poor hotels and making good.

Very nice hotel with wonderful rooms and a great breakfast buffet. Only negative is the very high price for a parking space and the bedding. There were 3 pillows of different sizes available on each bed, but each pillow was extremely thick and hard. I had to take a cusion off the couch to sleep with. Also, only a very warm stepbett - quilt was available as cover. After a night of sweating even with the AC on high, we took the stepbett/quilt out of it's cover and just used the cover.

This hotel stands out for its exceptional cleanliness, and it excels in efficient ventilation throughout the premises, even in the elevators. The rooms are comfortably air-conditioned and well-insulated against noise. One potential enhancement I'd suggest is providing more single-piece beds instead of the majority being two singles joined together, as it can be uncomfortable for sleeping. Additionally, I recommend that the housekeeping staff replenish liquid soaps and supply more coffee cartridges and sugar on a daily basis, as the current quantities left in the rooms tend to be insufficient.

The hotel and staff are both fantastic. I would especially mention the cleanliness of the room and the dedication of the housekerping staff although all the staff were great. Food options are limited but very good. The location is the only issue as there is nothing in the immediate vicinity but the 104 bus will take you to the centre of Offenbach and the stop is right outside the hotel.
