「The check-in service was excellent! unfortunately, there was a problem. The hotel had a main water pipe burst at 3:45am. that resulted in the entire hotel being evacuated. I do want to say the check-in clerk was exceptional in handling this situation. He assured us the hotel would give us a refund if we called Expedia. I was given the info. that Expedia needed to process the refund and it appears that this will be taken care of. Thank-you so much and thank-you (check-in clerk) Art.」

「My fiancé and I had a wonderful time staying here. Our room was nice and clean and super comfortable. The kitchen area was amazing as well. Only thing I wish was there was a stove or oven in our room. We will definitely book again !!!」

「Still a nice stay in Frederick. Pool is currently under construction currently. Of disappointment was the bistro being closed on a Saturday evening. The employee working the shift called out. Night manager was very accommodating and welcoming! 」
