「This was out 4th visit to the Victoria Falls Waterfront. The welcome is always exceptional - warm and friendly. The staff are all friendly and helpful. The pools are clean and inviting. The bar and food are run to a very high standard. I understand that the lodge is owned by the company which provides safaris and other activities in the area so booking these is easy. We have now done a walking safari 4 times and see and learn new things each time. Cannot recomend this place enough.」

「Excellent lodge in a quiet area of Livingstone. The room was very clean and cosy with a terrace adjacent to the pool area. All of the staff members were extremely polite and professional, always ready with a smile and eager to help. The dinner menu was extensive for a small lodge and there were several different options for breakfast. Although I preferred to walk to and from the city center, a taxi can also be arranged for those who prefer to drive. I was able to book an excellent safari and...

「一人旅で利用。ビクトリアの滝へ一番近く、無料で入園できるので選びました。滝へは3回も行き、滝の飛沫でびしょびしょになってもホテルに帰ってシャワーや着替えもできてとても便利でした。 スタッフの方々もとてもフレンドリーで、お出迎えや日本語で『こんにちは』と言ってくれたのも嬉しかったです。朝食のビュッフェも豪華で美味しかった！敷地内にはインパラやシマウマ、サルもいて、キリンにも出会えました。中庭での夜のコンサートも良いムードでした。ルナレインボーの見られる日にまた泊まってみたいです。 ホテルによる空港の送迎が現地の相場に比べるとだいぶ割高な印象なのと、ホテルとは関係ないとは思いますが、滝への裏口を出ると観光客狙いで色々とツアーやガイドの勧誘に声をかけてくる人たちがいるので注意です。」
