「I didn’t like the fact that our room was priced at £61-00 and you charged me £81-00, I mistakenly thought you were cheaper, never again.」

「Slightly odd stay. The hotel is down a little lane. I didn't realise that there was a charge for parking until I arrived. You need to ring a bell to get in to the hotel and then you get let it. As I arrived there were some people who thought they had a room booked but the person working there could not find it. I was then checked in and taken to my room. Nothing about the hotel was explained. As we went to my room, some parts of the hotel looked grand with impressive furishings, others...

「Room was nice and clean and fit for purpose .Only negative would be a bottle of water not left as arrived later due to a wedding in a nearby venue so couldn't go at check in time ..Access easy to enter. Overall very nice .」

「Location is great. Hote Is basic as reflected in price as well as reviews. Restaurant at hotel was terribly understaffed - only one chef. Took an hour and 20 mins for food to arrive. Secondly, there was no daily cleaning or towel change and was not mentioned clearly.」
