「The staff was very nice」

「This is an old hotel right on the Ohio River with river views from the lobby and lounge. The rooms were clean and bright with good amenities. A refrigerator would be a welcome addition but there wasn't a lot of space to add one in the room we stayed in. The town was the launch point for settlers into the "Great Northwest Territory" so there is a lot of history here with riverboats as a central theme. 「The room had stained sheets, dirty wash cloths in the shower, holes in the towels. The hallways was full of guest going room to room drinking and smoking until 2am. The walls are thin and you can hear everything on the other side. I travel 30+ weeks a year things worst hotel I’ve been in 10 years」

「The breakfast was ok, the staff (the owner) has been great. That said, the room was disgusting. Stains on the walls and the bed, and the floor. 」

「Perfect place to stay with our large family for my son’s wedding! Loved gathering in the breakfast area anytime during to visit. Plenty of room. Lastly the breakfast every morning was fantastic! Eggs sausage waffles cereal coffee grits biscuits oatmeal… perfect!」
