「This was my thrid stay, and it was the second time that I asked for cleaning of the room the day before, and it wasn't cleaned when i was out for the day. But the manager (Lily) was very helpful and calmed me down. Didn't understand why this happened to me twice. No communication between housekeeping staff and front desk? Otherwise, I had a great stay.」

「Friendly staff. Clean Room. Many choices for breakfast.」

「It did the job. The shower head was wonky and did not work right. I hate that early risers like me can never find a cup of coffee before 7am. I dont use the coffee maker in the rooms because the coffee is not that good, and it is typically never cleaned. I do like that room service is an option. I was also told i got a room upgrade, but the room i recieved looked exactly like the room i booked. Overall it was fine and was clean. Beds are comfy. 」

「Great: breakfast buffet. Good: quickly replaced broken room coffeemaker. Challenge: This facility only services your room on request and while you’re in it. So since I was away from the hotel 10-12 hrs daily, there was no housekeeping. Not even trash removal. Would be okay for a short stay, but others staying a week (as I did) might be uncomfortable.」

「The heater was very noisy. There were three people in our occupancy. On the second day of our stay, we went to the counter to ask for bath towels, but the counter staff were only willing to give us two copies. If I want three towels, l would need to pay.😠 」

「We’ve stayed here multiple times and it’s always a fine place to spend the night. No frills and pretty safe. Price is right. We asked about an early check-in and although there was a room available they were going to charge us $30 which we passed on. Most hotels offer a free early check-in when they have rooms available so I just want others to know that if you try that here there is a fee. 」

「Just steps from Delta town centre, authentic local fare, and Boundary Bay. I have stayed at the Beach Grove whenever I'm in Tsawassen. The value can't be beat. While the facilities are tending towards dated, rooms are clean and the neighborhood is quiet and safe. I would recommend updating mattresses and linens to improve the experience. 」
