「Tenía altas expectativas del hotel pero todas fueron superadas. Un lugar hermoso, habitaciones increíbles y un servicio del más alto nivel.」

「Gran vista del lago kivuu」

「We made a booking for 2 rooms and paid for them 6 months ago. When we arrived at the hotel at 7pm on the day of our booking, we were told by the receptionist that the hotel was overbooked and got transferred to another hotel. The hotel didn't bother to inform us in advance of the change in our booking and thus ruined the unique experience we wanted to give to our foreign guests. They were certainly not impressed by Rwiza's unilateral decision to change a confirmed booking.」

「A beautiful hotel with all the amenities you would expect. Views, spa, pool, great food. Recommend!!」

Some have a more restrictive 50% refund policy. This was the only hotel in our travels that had an unfair and unreasonable cancellation policy. We even reached out to the staff but unfortunately they were very unresponsive. I recommend looking for hotels that are customer focused. This hotel is not.」
